The CosyFloor Castellated Pipe Positioning Panel is a durable, low-profile underfloor heating panel manufactured from 100% recycled plastic, designed to securely hold 12–16mm underfloor heating pipe in position. Featuring a self-adhesive backing, interlocking connectors and easy-cut grooves, the panels are quick and simple to install, making them ideal for both new-build and retrofit projects. Adjustable pipe spacing of 50mm, 100mm and 150–300mm allows flexibility to suit different installation layouts, while the castellated design ensures secure pipe positioning and helps deliver even heat distribution and faster system response. The panels are suitable for concrete and suspended timber floors, as well as installation over insulation boards, and are available in 20mm thickness for 16mm pipe and 16mm thickness for 12mm pipe.
